Delete your Prisma account and data

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.
How to delete your account
Steps to follow
- Open Prisma and sign in to your account.
- Go to your profile and tap Edit profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What data is deleted
Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes:
- Your profile: name, username, bio, avatar, date of birth, email and login credentials
- All your reviews, ratings and game statuses (playing/completed/dropped/pending)
- Your own game lists and your participation in other users' shared lists
- Your social relationships: who you follow, who follows you, blocked users
- Your poll votes, co-op play tagging, and pending invitations
- Your notifications and notification preferences
- Any report you've filed or appear in, whether as the author, the reported user, or a moderator
What data is kept (and for how long)

| Payment data | Not applicable — Prisma never receives or stores card data; all Prisma Premium billing is handled directly by Google Play / App Store. |
| Transaction/subscription history | May remain on record with Google Play, App Store and RevenueCat under their own billing and legal/tax obligations — Prisma does not control or access those records after your account is deleted. |
| Technical crash reports | If active, crash reports (Sentry) contain no information identifying who you are, so they are not part of a specific account's deletion request. |
Outside those three cases (which don't depend on Prisma or don't identify you), we don't retain any personal data of yours once your account is deleted.
