Prisma Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using Prisma ("the app", "the service") you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who provides the service

2. What Prisma is
Prisma is an app for keeping track of the video games you play: rating them, writing reviews, creating lists, following other users and viewing their activity, among other features. Game information (covers, descriptions, ratings, platforms) comes from IGDB.com.
3. Requirements to use Prisma
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- The information you give us when registering (name, email, date of birth) must be truthful
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs on your account
4. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Prisma on your devices, solely for the app's intended personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app beyond what the app stores and these terms permit.
5. Your content
You own the reviews, lists, comments and other content you post on Prisma. By posting it, you grant us permission to display it within the app to other users according to the privacy settings you choose.
You may not post content that:
- Is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory or incites hatred
- Contains insults, offensive language or spam (we apply an automatic banned-words filter)
- Includes unauthorized links or unsolicited advertising content
- Infringes third parties' intellectual property rights
- Contains video game spoilers without marking them as such where the app allows it
6. Moderation and account suspension
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules, and to suspend or cancel accounts that repeatedly violate them, after reviewing reports from other users or detecting it ourselves.
Users can report reviews, profiles or other content, and block other users to stop seeing their activity. These decisions are made reasonably and proportionately, but at our discretion.
7. Your account and its data
You can delete your account at any time from Edit profile → Delete account. This permanently and immediately deletes your profile and all associated content. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Prisma Premium
Prisma offers additional paid features ("Premium") via subscription, managed entirely through Google Play or Apple's App Store:
- The exact price is shown in the store before purchase
- Renewal is automatic unless you cancel it from your Google/Apple account settings
- Refunds are governed by the relevant store's policies
9. Third-party data (IGDB)
The video game information shown in Prisma comes from the IGDB.com API (owned by Twitch/Amazon) and is used under its terms of use. We are not responsible for the accuracy of that data.
10. Suggestions and feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback on how to improve Prisma, you may do so freely, and you authorize us to use, implement or discard them without any obligation or compensation owed to you.
11. Limitation of liability
Prisma is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee the service will be free of errors or interruptions, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be legally waived.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you within the app before they take effect.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent Spanish courts and tribunals, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection regulations may grant you in your place of residence if you are a consumer within the EU.
14. General provisions
- Severability: if any clause of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect
- Entire agreement: these terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of Prisma, and supersede any prior agreement
- Assignment: we may transfer these terms and our obligations to another company (for example, if Prisma changes ownership), notifying you within the app
